The Nashville Aquatic Club (NAC) began using VolManager over a year ago to organize volunteers for the swim meets that we host. NAC, recognized as an elite "Gold Medal Club" by USA Swimming, is a highly competitive year-round swim club. In the past year, we have used the system to coordinate over 1,000 volunteers for six swim meets, including the Tennessee State High School Championships and two Southeastern Championship meets. The system has revolutionized the way we handle man-power for these volunteer-intensive events. No more sign-up sheets and last minute phone-calls. We simply post the volunteer positions we need and link to our web-site. Our members then sign up for the jobs and time-slots that best fit their schedules. The system allows us to modify instructions and volunteer positions from meet to meet. When questions do arise technical support has been excellent -- prompt and very responsive. The programs are super user-friendly and almost fool-proof. What a gift for a volunteer coordinator! We highly recommend VolManager for any event coordinator looking to make his or her life a lot simpler.
