The 30th Annual Seahawk Invitational will be held at the Lakeside Swim Club; 2010 Trevilian Way; Louisville KY 40205.

11 and over swim Thursday, Friday, Saturday. 10 and under swim Friday and Saturday;

All 13 and over families are required to work 3 sessions. All 12 and under families are required to work 2 sessions. If you do not work the required number of sessions; you will be charged according to the Lakeside agreement.

It is important to report to your job assignment on time; ready to work. All end times are estimates. Please plan to stay in your position until the session ends.

Please note if you are a new family with Lakeside and this is your first meet you are not required to work. However; if this is not your first meet you are required to work.

ALL VOLUNTEERS SHOULD READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS 3 PAGE SYSTEM:

  1. Please submit ONE FORM for EACH INDIVIDUAL!!!  Do not sign up in pairs or groups.
  2. Your first name, last name AND email address together designate your identity to this system
    so please choose ONLY ONE EMAIL ADDRESS to use when signing up.
  3. SPELL your names and email CAREFULLY!!!
  4. Letter capitalization doesn't matter.
  5. Select one or more jobs for which you would like to volunteer by clicking the boxes to the left of the job rows.
  6. Submit the page by clicking the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page.
  7. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
