Thank you for volunteering and helping organize the 2009 TYR Summer Classic . With all your help we will be able to keep the Bolles TRADITION of offering quality swim meets. Thank You!

IMPORTANT!!!PLEASE READ!!!

This is a large meet with 10 sessions. We ask you to sign up for a minimum of 4 sessions and 4 hospitality items. The Bolles Sharks staff expects each family that is attending the meet to pitch in and help!

Hospitality Food Items can be brought before warm-ups of the session that you signed up for or if they are non-perishable food items they can be brought ahead of time (1 or 2 days).
Please be on time

Session times are NOT exact. For example, a session begins at the beginning of the Morning Session and ends at the end of the Morning Session.


Timers should check in 30 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Check your HEAT SHEET for a more precise time.

Timers must report to the Timer's Meeting 15 minutes prior to the meet. Please go to your block immediately after the Timer's meeting.

  5. You will then be given an opportunity to confirm your selections.
